No setup cost, no monthly fee, and your guests always pay exactly the price on the ticket. UpTo earns only when you sell: 7% per paid ticket, minimum €0.60 (+ VAT), and payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe.

Is UpTo free?
The app is free and free events cost nothing, for you or the organizer. On paid events you pay exactly the ticket price you see — nothing is added at checkout.
Where's my ticket?
In the app the moment you pay, under My plans, plus a confirmation email. Every ticket has its own QR code — the organizer scans it at the door and you're in.
What if an event is cancelled?
You're refunded in full, automatically — the whole ticket price, including UpTo's fee. The money goes back to the card you paid with.
How do I become an organizer?
From the app you already have: create your first event and send it for review. Once it's approved, accept the Organizer Agreement and you're live — with ticket scanning and analytics included.
What does selling cost?
Free events, 0%. Paid tickets, 7% per ticket sold, minimum €0.60 (+ VAT). No setup cost, no monthly fee, and your guests never pay a booking fee.
When do organizers get paid?
Ticket money collects in your connected Stripe account and is released to your bank after your event has taken place — a hold that protects you and your guests against refunds on an event that hasn't happened yet.
